Senior Account Handler/Broker required to join a highly respected, independent insurance brokerage, due to business growth. Working with a highly successful business that are enjoying excellent growth levels and have a superb reputation for how they look after both employees and clients alike.
Responsible for the delivery of service and retention of a portfolio of large commercial/corporate insurance clients. Working with a range of trades and professions including construction, engineering, design and construct and professional risks.
Supporting Directors and Account Executives with the renewals and administrative process.
Regularly speaking to clients in order to handle service issues or adjustments to their policies.
Broking new business into the market. Trading with insurers and building excellent relationships with underwriters
As the sales team are generating new business opportunities working on submissions to the market and obtaining quotes.
Typically working on business generating £20 – 300K GWP in size.
Working across all major classes of insurance but with particular emphasis on Property, EL/PL PI, D&O, and Cyber
The successful candidate must be a good team player, professional in their approach and passionate about delivering a first rate service for clients.
A good knowledge of all major classes of insurance is essential.
