Operations Administrator required to join a very well-respected Loss Adjuster in London due to continued business growth.
This company have a highly skilled claims team, and tend to focus on large complex losses for a range of clients, both commercial and high net worth. The company also enjoy close working relationships with insurers and insurance brokers, and are well known for the added value they can bring to the claims journey.
As Operations Administrator you will be involved in providing business administration support for the claims team, which will include tasks like setting up new files on the claims system, monthly invoicing and producing advice notes for the Claims Technicians. You will also support the Managing Director with administrative support duties such as booking travel, diary management and organising team meetings.
It’s expected that the right candidate for this role will have resourceful approach who can adapt well to change. It’s also important that you can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have some understanding of the insurance or claims industry and any experience of using the Acturis system would be an advantage. Ability to prioritise and have a sense of ownership in completing various tasks is essential.
