All candidates are pre-interviewed before meeting you – a process of screening that increases the likelihood of a successful match. And again after interview, we arrange a de-briefing with candidates to pass on your feedback. We manage the whole process from end to end and remain totally focused on sourcing the best available candidate for the position.

There are no costs to clients simply for viewing CVs or meeting candidates. Our fees only apply after a successful candidate has been found and a firm offer of employment has been made and agreed.
