How we work with you

The first thing we do is listen. We ask about your background, skills and experience, and we build a thorough understanding of your personal objectives. From what we learn about you, we can offer our own insight into current market conditions, and advise on the salary level you can realistically expect to achieve.

Maybe there’s more you can do to make yourself more marketable. Where appropriate, we can give advice on where and how you can add to your experience, and therefore help you to maximise your potential ahead of your next move.

We never pressurise you to move for moving’s sake. If the opportunity’s not right, or if we believe your best option is to stay in your current position for a while, then we’ll say so. That’s the kind of approach you can expect from Nixon Allen at every stage – we will be honest and open with you, always.

And of course, in all our dealings with you we act in complete confidence. We fully appreciate the sensitivities involved in planning your next move and we follow strict codes of practice to make sure your current position is never compromised.
